Actually 90 might feel good

Dangerously hot conditions will prevail through Saturday, but forecasters are promising that there is a good chance of rain, and more importantly, cooler temps starting on Sunday.

We realize 'cooler' is a relative term- while it will be staying right around 90 during the first part of next week, at least it will be better than what we have right now.

Stay out of the sun if possible; wear a hat and sunscreen if you do have to be out. Avoid soft drinks; water is the best bet.

Think you're getting too hot? Here are the signs of heat stroke:

Throbbing headache.
Dizziness and light-headedness.
Lack of sweating despite the heat.
Red, hot, and dry skin.
Muscle weakness or cramps.
Nausea and vomiting.
Rapid heartbeat, which may be either strong or weak.
Rapid, shallow breathing.

If you have these symptoms, seek medical help immediately.
